They strung it wrong, took 0 accountability and ghosted me when asked for an explanation.

I specifically wanted a very durable string which is why i had opted for BG65 ti. In spite of clear communication they strung my racket with BG66 ultimax instead which is a 0.65mm string and not very durable. When I mailed them regarding the mistake (With proofs attached), hoping for some sort of accountability they just ghosted me. All they had to do was offer a free re-stringing service in the future when the string breaks or just show some degree of accountability and they would have had a happy customer. Turns out they are a very unprofessional team who take 0 accountability for their mistake. Would request everyone to avoid NZBC for your future purchases.
