Our Primary coaching concept
We recommend appropriate level and methods of coaching after initial assessment coaching
We recommend 1 session of coaching with 2 sessions of play/practice.
We recommend series of coaching than one off coaching
We aim to find the most economical and efficient way for a player to improve by coupling coaching/self training/practice/play.
We discourage players to get coaching without a set goal or commitment.
We would expect the player to produce visible and remarkable results/improvement after series of coaching/practice.
Coaching does not improve player overnight but a process over time to show results.
Coaching is only one aspect of many for a player to produce results.
Becoming a better player involves and requires the following
You need to learn the skill /correct techniques and methods
You need to practice sufficiently to master the techniques
You need to learn game concept and strategies to know where & How to use the techniques
You need to have appropriate level of fitness & strength to apply the techniques with strategy and power.
You need to practice sufficiently to become consistent with less errors to win points.
You need to develop mental confidence and toughness to persevere and understand how to avoid, minimize possible injuries when training hard to reach your goals.

Some of the mis-concepts and mistakes parents and players make in an attempt to become competitive players.
Coaching alone doesnot produce result. If there is no practice or play associated it would just be a head knowledge only and the game will remain same.
Coaching must go hand in hand with playing/practicing and developping fitness. Otherwise it would be waste of money and time..
Better and top players are not coaches and they do not understand the coaching process and methods. The techniques used by them may not be the right or correct ones. However they may be winning games.
There are many young coaches or players who attempt to teach new players in the way they play themselves and been coached . Coaching players, children and beginners requires much more than playing ability or skills.
Coaching involves teaching skills, strategy, fitness, footwork, mental aspects, decision making, motivation, ability to identify methods that suit different players,
Most of the coaches tend to create mini coaches but not players.
Many players and parents end up switching coaches, going after coaches who have played Olympics or top level international in an attempt to fast track their progress and pay huge amount of money. and learn things the hard way..
