Update Vaccination Status

The government’s recent announcement, confirms the intention to mandate vaccination certificates to access Recreation facilities like ours. 

This is something we whole heartedly approve and support. You will have safe environment with only vaccinated people , staff in the facility. If you are unvaccinated please kindly have all dealings via phone or e mails to clarify things and kindly do not attempt to enter the facility for anything. 

Therefore when Badminton play resumes in Red covid-19 protection framework it will commence with Vaccination Requirements for up to 100 people.

If you are a club member or private booking card holder/group player and intending to play during this time you can/should update your membership with your vaccination status online right now. There will be delays in updating status once badminton play has started. 

It will take 24hrs to update your vaccination records on our side. Therefore you can enter the facility on the next business day only.

Entry will be available to those who have updated their membership with vaccination status. 
Many groups and players have already updated who can walk in with their normal Barcodes. 
Club players and club visitors who have updated vaccination status in advance will be able to attend club sessions.

Our Barcode entry system will allow only players who are vaccinated with 2 doses and updated their records.
Face covering during non-play is mandatory.
All the current member access barcodes are now linked to vaccination status of individual players. That will be unlinked as per Govt announcements accordingly in the future.

Once updated your entry procedure will be same as before.  We ask account holders to coordinate and ensure that your group players are all vaccinated and updated barcodes with vaccination status prior to making any court booking. If you have players in your group who are under the age of 12 please include their names in the comments section when you update your vaccination status. So that their barcodes can be enabled without vaccination.

If you are someone who do not use computer etc  you can drop your vaccination certificate with your details in our letter box during current lockdown. Your records will be updated manually within 3 days.
