Govt has required mandatory Mask wearing on public transport and highly recommends mask use in shops and public places. Most of the other guidelines are similar to the previous Level 2.
We have made some changes in our Level 2 procedures and changes are marked in Red below. Please remember and cooperate as the country is fighting against community Covid transmission which is significantly different from previous Level 2. Safety of everyone walking into the facility is our No 1 priority so is the Government.
Applicable to everyone:
DONOT ENTER if you are SICK or UNWELL.
We highly recommend everyone to wear a mask, scarf, towel or anything similar always specifically during non-play. Masks are available for purchase at the proshop if you do not have one.
Entering the facility/proshop one person at a time.
All issues to be handled via phone or e mails and max 10 sec stay at proshop.
Enter the facility 5-10 minutes before play and leave within 5-10 minutes after play.
NO changing rooms, shower, gathering, water fountain, Rubbish bins, Lost property, Rentals, club booking computer
One way traffic with Separate Entry and Exits.
Maintain 1 m on court and 2 m off court.
Stay within your allocated bubbles of 10.
Groups with more than 10 members must operate in small groups with courts a part.
No visitors allowed
Please scan the Govt QR code displayed in many places in the facility in addition to the “Check-In” procedure of NZBC at Entry.
Junior Club sessions from 31st Monday 5 PM : (No change at all)
Continue as usual with amended format and operation to meet Level 2 requirements.
Parents can enter with child but cannot stay, so must exit via separate exit route.
Please send e mail to the office advising suitable day for your child to attend the 3 replacement sessions in the next 3 weeks.
This will not be available after 3 weeks.
Senior club sessions from 31st Monday 7 PM :(No change to members, visitors QR code)
Continue as usual with amended format and operation to meet Level 2 requirements.
Members: Go through proshop, staff will sign you in the system.
Club Visitors:
Self Check-In with QR code and Senior club 5 digit code (available at check-In desk), go to proshop, pay and staff will sign you in the system as usual
Please set up your QR code on your phone at home and be ready prior to arrival.
All club memberships will be extended by 3 weeks and you do not need to do anything.
Member private court booking (“Check In made easy”, wait and enter as group once account holder get all ready)
Account holder is given the option to have all his players names with CAP codes in his phone to enable him/her to check in all the players at once.
How to do that??
Account holder goes alone to proshop, Check-In all players to get the court lights activated and then invite players to enter.
If you take more than 5 Sec to “Check In” all your players you are either not prepared or doing something wrong. Please call office for assistance prior to arrival.
All players must wait in their vehicle until requested by account holder to enter.
All players walk in via proshop as per the Check In details when requested by the account holder.
Group must enter, exit together with account holder maintaining the 2 m distance.
All card memberships will be extended by 3 weeks and you do not need to do anything.
Expect delays so arrive early enough(max 10mnts) to start your games on time.
Advance booking is mandatory and club computer is unavailable for walk-in booking.
Casual court booking (QR code check In, enter as group)
The person in-charge(PIC) must set up QR codes(idme.co.nz) of all his players in his phone before arrival.(call 272719 if you need assistance)
How to do that??
PIC goes alone, make the booking, Check-In all players, and then invite players to enter.
All players must wait in their vehicle until requested by person-in-charge to enter.
All players walk in via proshop as per the Check In details maintaining 2 m distance.
Please kindly follow the procedure and do not get offended as the staff may sound firm/rude when you ignore the obvious and big notices/instructions.
You may be asked to leave and come back after Level 1 when/If you do not corporate or be a risk and health concern for everyone.
