Badminton facility is all set to go and systems prepared in place to start badminton from the same or Next day PM gives the green signal on Monday the 11th May 2020
In order to handle the number of people, ensure safe play/contact tracing/physical distance and to make it convenient to players there will be two types of access to the facility.
- Free entry / Self-check-In / Self Sanitizing to CAP (Covid approved player ) code holders who will have a special code assigned.
- Staff assisted Entry via Pro-shop to ensure sanitizing/registration/safe practices/safe play
After hour entry or entry when staff unavailable is limited to CAP code holders only
Online-Check-In CAP code application
All Players who undertake higher level of responsibility and ensure hygiene safety for themselves and others will be able to get CAP code.
All operations will be video monitored live/Recorded in order to ensure and implement rules of Ministry of Health.

Regardless of when the actual play starts in Level 2 here is the changes and arrangements in place for members and players to prepare themselves for a “Safe Play”
“Play it Safe ” means only those who are able to and corporate to play at the highest possible safety level will be able to play.
Main Changes and Rules
Its mandatory for everyone to check-In-online from their mobile at entry or manual check-In (exception to those who donot have mobile/online facility)
Its mandatory for all players to sanitize their hands at entry.
There will not be any spectators allowed.
Shower facilities will be blocked and made unavailable.
Drinking fountains will be closed off and made unavailable and water taps used only for hand washing purposes.
Players must bring their own water/drink bottles or purchase from the shop contact-less.
Men’s or women’s changing room will be closed & unavailable. All players are expected to come in playing cloths.
Women’s changing room will be used for sanitizing and hands washing purpose by both men & women.
All umpire chairs and many spectator chairs have been blocked off from being used.
All shuttles used in clubs will be disinfected & steamed.
No rental services of Racquets or shoes will be available. Used Racquets will be available for sale at very low prices.
Primarily payment method by direct credit & paywave (limited exceptional contact-less manual system for swipe/cash).
In case of limited cash transaction, please bring the correct amount as no change will be provided.(balance kept as credit)
All rubbish including bottles/cans/tissues/shuttles/lose feathers must be put in player’s own bags and taken home.
Everyone needs to maintain 2 m distance off the court and minimum 1 m on court. ( Our recommendation is arm & Racquet distance)
All players must follow the marked queuing system or positions to get services from the shop or play in their clubs or sessions.
Total numbers will be limited to 80 at anytime and any extra at the discretion of management.
All frequently touched surfaces will be hygienically cleaned twice a day and the facility professionally cleaned by external contractors daily.
Only brief necessary communication will be available in person by staff. Anything else by telephone/e mail only.
All private court bookings
The booking system is open now and can be booked online.
If the courts are unavailable due to changes in PM’s decision all will be refunded regardless of anything.
All court membership will be extended exactly by the number of days we lost due to lockdown to each court membership.
If you have a CAP code you can go to courts direct otherwise via pro-shop.
Remember, drinking fountain, changing rooms, showers, rubbish bins unavailable and all rubbish must be taken out and courts left clean.
Senior night clubs/Midweek day clubs
The clubs will start from the same day of approval regardless of numbers.
All regular club sessions will operate 7 – 10 PM.
The staff will Sign In/Out at the time of sanitizing hands.
Players are recommended to carry your own hand sanitizer for your own safety.
All resting players must be seated in the allocated seats or marked locations.
Shuttles will be provided on the courts at the beginning of each game.
Visitors can join the club as usual with paywave payment.
No change will be available in case of limited cash payment.
Remember, drinking fountain, showers, changing rooms, rubbish bins unavailable and all rubbish must be taken out and courts left clean.
All senior club membership will be extended exactly by the number of days we lost due to lockdown to each member.
Junior clubs
The Junior sessions will start from the Next day of level 2 approval regardless of numbers.
The hygiene and physical distance guideline given to schools will be followed.
More courts will be allocated to provide 2-3 m physical distance at all times.
Children must arrive at least 10 mnts before session, get sanitized/self-sanitize, Sign-In and be ready.
Though sanitizing is available we recommend parents to send children with their own small sanitizer bottle with instructions.
Things to bring: Water, towel, Sanitizer bottle in a suitable bag with clubshirt/non-marking shoes.
Parents must keep children at home if they are unwell.
Parents cannot enter the badminton courts beyond the sanitizing points of children.
Parents must accompany children on the first day until sanitizing point and ensure that their membership is current.
No rental Racquets or shoes will be provided and everyone must come prepared with own gears.
Parents must come early and wait at the waiting entrance reception to pick up children.
All Junior club membership will be amended accordingly either by extending or providing make up sessions.
All group bookings
We ask group organizers to contact us immediately to ensure systems in place
and set starting dates. Contact tracing systems will be handled by the centre.
