IDME check in system will be discontinued from Feb 2021. We have now our own custom designed “Badminton Check in System” (BCIS). Players or account holders are not required to use their phone or remember your CAP codes for “check in” once they get familiar with the new in house check-In system .
The New Check-In procedure is very simple and self explanatory on the computer. However assistance available by staff for first time users.
Private Lighting Card holders
You can now log into the computer, select your registered players, add visitors and enter via Pro-shop.
Casual Advance booking
If you have made a casual advanced booking, the group leader can log into the computer with your group name and check In directly prior to entry.
Walk-In Booking
Walk-In booking has been made easy. Players can check available courts, choose their preferred courts, make booking in the system and then pay & play.
Senior club Visitors
Senior club and Midweek club visitors can enter their names directly into the system and join the club play during club nights. Club administrator will transfer your names into the club management system for the club games during the night.
