Yes we are closed now until Government allows us to open.

Answers to all your questions
Re opening date, please follow govt updates as usual and turn up/book accordingly.
All activities will resume normal immediately after announcement from Govt to enable us to open.
We do not require any set up time or delay to resume activities.
All member bookings affected or unattended due to Govt announcement (from 6PM 17/8/21) will be refunded into your account.
All casual bookings affected or unattended due to by Govt announcement (from 6PM 17/8/21) will be rebooked or refunded at your choice.
You do not need to send e mail or call as it will be automatically done as a standard procedure same as in the past.
You can continue to make bookings with the assurance of refund due to Covid issues.

Senior/Midweek clubs:
You can turn up from the the day Auckland moves to Level 2. Your membership automatically extends by the number of days lost under lockdown.

Junior clubs
You can turn up from the the day Auckland moves to Level 2. You can apply for replacement sessions for the number of lost sessions during the same school term.

There will be no change in any check-In procedure as the current system meet all requirements of government for any Covid level.
At present all groups/clubs for private bookings are set up for contactless Barcode check in within few seconds.
In case anyone/group hasn’t got the Barcodes sorted out for contactless check-In, you can handle during lockdown via e mail.
