Court bookings made more user friendly, membership guidelines amended in response to feedback received during the last few months and in view of handling increased number of court bookings.
No change to court rates or annual subscription to account holders.
The main changes are
Casual walk in and Staff assisted online booking fee same $30/hr, $13/hr
All New Single court memberships do not require a card so light activation will be automatic.
All existing single court membership can continue as it is or request to change the lights to "Auto ON" so that no scanning of card is required on arrival. Send e-mails to admin@badmintonnz.co.nz if you would like to change.
Free account can be opened for all casual bookings so that future booking, top up, can be done directly and instantly.
New multi-court accounts will have only one card. Auto lights ON can be arranged on a case by case basis.

Multicourt Member booking

Club Member court booking
If you are full year member of Senior, Junior or Midweek clubs your annual subscription for the court membership is FREE. You can apply for Single court membership to get member booking rates.
33% discount on booking fee
$20/hr(peak times) or $9.5/hr (off peak times).
- Coach booking
If you do coaching for "free" or charging players for the service or using the courts for anything other than ordinary playing, you are required to have a coaching account or approval from the management.
Annual Subscription: $800/year. Other initial costs apply.

Exceptions: Parents/Sibling teaching children or sibling. Anyone bringing in a box/tubes of shuttles, multi-feeding, will be treated as a "coach"
