There are number of court accounts on hold where account holders have not been meeting some of the basic requirements such as
Not meeting the Badminton shoes /non-marking shoes requirements.
Allowing players to play with any type of shoes such as running shoes, sneakers, basketball or volleyball shoes. Bringing excessive number of people as the maximum per court is 7. Players /families playing on courts without lights, or courts booked by others, playing from walkways, children running around and disturbing the other courts. etc.
Generally, no notifications are sent to account holders separately when an account goes on Hold. If you are not able to log in, most likely your account has been placed on hold due to concerns. We ask such account holders to check your account operation, resolve the concerns and contact the office or the Manager for reactivation. Your accounts get notes added as and when breaches are noticed or complaints received from others about your account/players/shoes etc.
The following aspects lead to immediate temporary suspension
Account holder not checking/meeting Foot ware requirement. (No sneakers, running shoes, barefoot, basketball shoes, volleyball shoes, any other inappropriate shoes)
Excess number of people than allowed (7 max/court)
Playing without lights, at other people's courts, at the walkways, Received "Light flashing" warnings.
No supervision of children, allowing them to run around, playing with nets/posts/water
