Check-In system upgraded

The current check-In system has been adopted by all groups and players very well. We have now advanced to the next level of contactless check-In.
This has been tested with few groups and found to be working very well.
All lighting card will have barcodes in the future.
All group players will receive their own barcodes in their mobile phones.
Once a group has received barcodes to all their players they can switch to contactless instant check-In by scanning the barcode in the scanner.
Manual check-In system also will be available for anyone to use and to check-In visitors.
If a player forget to bring the card they can still check-In manually.

The barcodes can be placed in various ways for players to conveniently check-in.
1. Can keep it as an image in the phone and scan directly.
2. Can print and paste it on the back of the phone, driving license or any of the cards.
3. Can print and paste it on the Racquet handle and scan using the racquet.
4. Can print and keep as a separate card.

In case any member prefers a printed barcode that will be provided free if you let the proshop know in advance.
During your next visit the staff will stick your barcode on any of your card or Racquet.

This will make administration of groups by account holders super easy.
Once an online booking is made in advance , instant scanning will automatically check-In players into their courts.
Group leader and each players will just scan and walk in.
They will see a similar display like below as they scan to advise them their court booking time/court number etc.
