Court 16 Alternative Badminton Personal Gym is in progress. It will be available for booking to members and public from 1st July 2020.
What’s different and unique about this gym space.
Primary purpose
Its primarily set up to do all strengthening and agility exercises and to improve badminton game skills.
Its aimed for toning lean muscles, improving speed, not for high end body/muscle building though it can be used to build muscles for average people.
It’s suitable for general fitness improvement , weight loss activities, rehabilitation exercises etc.
Uniqueness and difference from standard Gyms.
This is a personal Gym space for you alone or 2- 3 people together or a family alone.
You can do the workout at the time you want and during a short time with all equipment for yourself. No waiting.
You can do all at a much lower price than an ordinary gym on a booking basis as low as less than $5 when you share with 3 people or family.
You can couple it with before/after Badminton/TT game and have a complete fitness experience.
All badminton Card holders can book the GYM on-line from half an hour slots and light system is automatic like badminton courts.
The rate at this stage is same as badminton courts for members and there will be a casual rates for non-members.
Non-members can book over the phone/online or walk-in via proshop with credit cards or direct credit.
This can be booked for personal training by personal trainers or members with their personal trainer.
Though self operated its managed and administered under Qualified Personal trainer.
Ideal for people who would prefer doing fitness program with full privacy.
Suitable for ladies, mothers to have privacy and do fitness programs and weight losing workouts.
Suitable for parents training their children for fitness for their respective sports.
Suitable for grand parents, older people to book and maintain their fitness requirements.
Great value for money. Example Off peak time for family of a member with 3 members 1hr.
Costs $3.40/person for a 1 hr solid workout in your personal Gym.
Minimum booking time: Individual half an hour. 2-3 people group or family : 1 hr.
Once completed you will be able to perform all aspects of fitness shown in all pictures below.
